A lovely way to use elderberry flowers - this recipe for lightly battered elderberry flowers sounds awesome. Once I finally manage to get an elderberry bush growing in my backyard, this is something I will definitely try!

This recipe for Elderberry Twirls looks simple, and while specifically referred to as a Christmas tradition, looks like a good fruity alternative to cookies. If only any place in Austin would sell elderberry jam, I’d have a chance at trying this one.
