pat & pearl’s elderberry muffin recipe

Makes 4 dozen mini-muffins. Serve warm, with coffee, tea or Wyldewood Cellars Spiced Wine for a delicious treat! I'm not a major muffin fan, but the touch of elderberry wine in this one sounds interesting.
