Another blog/news post on the healing effect of elderberry on the flu, this time on PennLive.com. Specifically refers to the brand Sambucol, which seems to be the most prevelant I've seen online. It's either the best extract, or they're the best marketers, one or the other. If they'd send me a sample to try, I could decide for myself and post the results... ;)
