drink packs punch against cancer?

The Australian Herald Sun presents a case for an Australian drink called "Blueberry Punch," citing its ability to shrink cancerous tumors. The drink contains blueberry, grape, raspberry and elderberry cordial.

Just looked at your website…..looking good…I have elderberries here in Oklahoma and am looking for new places to sell destemmed berries. I have about 400 lbs in freezer from last season. They are in gallon ziplocks ,some in 30lb boxes and 1 130lb box ,all in freezer. These berries are from a plot that i planted to try them out for this region. They are doing well and i put them under drip irrigation to help them thru the dry spells we have here.
hope to set up a way to get these berries to public to be used for cooking etc… tks and keep up the good work……

Wow! That’s a ton of elderberries - how big is your plot? Considering how hard it’s been to find anyone with elderberries here in Texas, I’d be surprised if there weren’t some market for them. Have you tried farmers markets, or even marketing them online on craigslist.org?

amy, no havent really tried farmers market yet, only real buyer so far is the wineries here, its sure a shame that i have these fresh frozen berries and somebody would love to have them for the great recipes that are on this site.
